Am 4. Advent startete ich meine Winterchallenge des Sternsteintrails - 45,5 frostige Kilometer. Schnee gab es zwar nicht, sonst zeigte sich der Winter aber in allen Formen: Frost, Nebel im Tal und Sonne pur am Berg und zum Abend eisiger Polarsturm. Die Schuhwahl war echt nicht gut. Waren zwar meine liebsten Laufschuhe, aber winddurchlässig und beim abendlichen Sturm wurden auch die Füße sehr frostig. Das langsame Tempo ist meinem Meniskusriss von Anfang November geschuldet- das Knie zickte von Beginn an immer wieder herum. Aber, gerockt das Teil.
