About Reinbert
mal hier, mal dort, mal fast an jedem Ort.....
Also....

January 9, 2026...
"Softly falls the snow" is no longer the case. The storm is howling like in a thriller, and the flakes aren't just flying horizontally but seem to be coming from all directions. There's about 30 cm of snow under the carport... The small lawnmower with a pusher from the municipality

January 3, 2026...
It started snowing last night. The first snow of the year. I was the first one out this morning at 7 a.m. 💪 Shoveling snow. A good 10-15 cm.
My neighbor was standing by the open patio door in her nightgown. "What are you doing out there already...?" "What does it look like... get dressed

Why all this running around...? For a pair of red ears, for cold hands, for a runny nose, or for the sake of feeling good...? I'm going with the last option. Great morning. My sister, during her visit, used her gadgets to determine that my little stroll around the neighborhood only burned about 110 calories

Another stroll through a Christmas market in our local area. First (at someone's request...) we checked prices in the pedestrian zone (the ladies were once again the most enthusiastic shoppers...), then we visited the Christmas market on the way back. Very cozy and beautifully decorated around Ritzeb

No, we're not Christmas market testers, but if you're in the area, Wernigerode is a must-see. My sister was still looking for souvenirs on the last day, and the numerous shops and stalls were very inviting. Many others had the same idea, though, and it was getting quite crowded. Nevertheless, the flow

Stolberg. The pearl of the southern Harz Mountains. The bus stops at the market square, right in front of a restroom below the castle. A quick trip inside the city walls...
Yesterday, I was sitting with @Andrea 🌼 and @Andreas in a very pleasant group at the Windbeutelkönig (Cream Puff King) in Altenau

The comment on the question about the Christmas market in Halberstadt was: "Well, it's okay..."
We can confirm that. Since Halberstadt was heavily damaged in the war, the area around the cathedral is characterized by simple buildings from the 1950s onwards. This makes the area around the market seem

Take the bus to Neuer Weg and from there walk into the old town and to the Christmas market. The historic buildings alone create a truly special atmosphere. The Christmas market offers a great selection, with many unique stalls selling Christmas items that aren't available everywhere. We give it

Time to breathe in some fresh Harz air again...and visit some Christmas markets. From our accommodation, we first hiked up to the castle, enjoyed the view in the lovely weather, and then walked along the "Kindergartenweg" (easily walkable for everyone...) to the Hamburger Wappen (Hamburg Coat of Arms

I lured the Komoot user @vulkan07 out of his comfort zone behind the warm stove for another stroll around Lake Beerster. The ducks were the main attraction; otherwise, it was very quiet in the cold, with no wind—definitely not Kamchatka weather.... After discussing the main topic of the ride, "What will
