Today I was out on my favorite trails again, running in my shoes...🥰 The Leinepolder lay spread out before me—

it looked as if someone had covered it with a white sheet.



But it's just wearing its winter outfit—simple and elegant!



The day itself: a bit pale and gray, typical for this time of year. No snowflakes

The sunny winter day with its flawless blue sky didn't leave me much time to think about whether my legs were up for it. Even my inner couch potato whispered, "Come on, get going."



And so I headed to the Leinepolder, where the open landscape feels vast and the sun shines down unimpeded.



After the short

Around the lake,

it's lovely to run,

with a view of the Leuchtberg mountain,

almost flowing into the Werra River.



The paths are welcoming,

the air is filled with music,

and every kilometer was accompanied by this acoustic.



Today I went jogging here,

with a smile on my face,

a 7km loop - that was my duty!



A greeting

I stepped out of the front door, and my city immediately greeted me with its usual charm.



The asphalt gleamed as if freshly polished, and the melted snow formed puddles that glittered like tiny mirrors—perfect for a quick check to make sure my hat was on correctly.

er, in the archives, and I didn't just complete it, I marked it with a little spark of magic:



Fresh snow, blanketing the world in white silence.



New year, same trick: just start running before your inner couch potato realizes what's happening.

A final farewell to a year full of steps, elevation gain, and quiet moments along the way.



A year that will soon bid farewell in the rhythm of my steps.

🎄 A Christmas walk along the Leinepolder,

where the Leine River whispers and the sky stretches.



The path is still, the air is pure,

as if time were a breath.



A little wind, a little light,

that's (almost) all I need today.

My hike today took me to Bodenwerder, the famous Münchhausen town on the Weser River! Everything there revolves around the "Liar Baron" Hieronymus Carl Friedrich von Münchhausen, who became immortal with his fantastic tales.



My goal today was to collect three stamps.

Every year around this time, I find myself in the charming cathedral city of Erfurt.



Today, I enjoyed a delightful tour through the beautiful alleyways and across the fragrant Christmas markets.



⭐ The medieval old town provides an atmospheric backdrop, and the scent of roasted almonds, Thuringian bratwurst

The sun has set, the evening smiles,

the city awakens in its garb of lights.



I laced up my shoes, set off quickly,

no mulled wine stop, just running kicks.



Lanterns glow, windows are aglow,

my legs ran, nimble and bold,

through streets and squares festively colorful,

my after-work run makes Advent healthy for me.
