Introducing my new knee to hiking
I had a new knee a week ago and amazingly 1 week later I'm doing what I do best walking only 1 hour but I'm so happy to be back

Cycle to walk with John O'Brien

I enjoyed this walk very quiet the Quay in Exeter has always been my go too place and it's flat easily accessible which l have to stick to because of my knee tremendously painful I'm having a replacement knee on the 9th of March really scary time for me because I really need my walkin so I might be missing for a while after 9th March please think of me happy days John
