Very silly little freedom ride. Suffered the first and fatal puncture in my rear Schwalbe, which was extremely worn (3 years ain't bad). Walked my bike the 3 miles into town to drop it off at the absolutely wonderful Popup Bikes, who set me up with a brand new Marathon Plus in less than 15 mins. I'd

Mostly very accessible cycle paths on the way there, canalside on the way home. Mind those swans 🦢
You could also start this from Trafford Park train station, which I cycled down to near the start of the route.
This is scenic route on the way there, main roads on the way back.
Doable on an eBike if you save turbo mode for the hills!
