Für die, die sich nicht auskennen. Bei Zone 2 sind die 5 Pulszonen gemeint. Zone zwei ist bei mir bis maximal 131 Puls In dieser Zone generiert der Körper, seine Energie hauptsächlich aus der Fettverbrennung. Erst in Zone 3 überwiegt dann die Kohlenhydrat Verbrennung. Zone 2 Training und Intervalle sind essenziell. wenn man seine VO2 Max verbessern möchte.
