From Pontbosset, via Stone Bridge to Crest Desot Hamlet and back

Moderate walk, part of it steep. Immediately a fantastic view in the town! The stone bridges are amazing. Broad, rocky path up the mountain. At the small towns we decided to return, because we wanted to be back before sundown.

From parking above Petit Mont Blanc halfway to Dondena and back

An easy walk because our legs were mush from the day before. Recommend if you don't want ascend/descend much or if you prefer a steadier road!

Small loop from Chardonnay via Perruchon and the wooden bridge to the other side of the mountain and through the village back to Chardonnay

Lovely walk. We wanted a smaller hike to get used to our shoes and gear. Good start! Recommend.

From Chardonnay to Lac Muffé and back

Awesome hike! It is challenging but very rewarding. We were in awe of the Alps.

From the valley, immediately the hike is beautiful going through Perruchon and Petit Mont Blanc.

Stunning views of the valley and opposing mountain range. Lots of cottages, sheds, ruins that catch the eye.

From Chardonnay to Zuc an via Cort back

Steap way up! We were out of breath immediately.

Beautiful hiking trail, with sights of the mountaintops around you. Lots of rocks and tree roots, you need to be 'sure footed'. It was quite the cardio workout.

April 9 2026 still snow at many spots, but doable with hiking boots.…
