Eisenhower park entrance via Camp Bullis Rd closed this morning before 8am. Hence my starting point switched to the Rim.

5 riders Monica led. John M, Fred JRod and Will. Weather was great. No incidents other than a couple of hills posed issues for a mountain bike rider and a Marine with a sore calf muscle. Hooray for Will for actually completing an entire ride without an issues and making this the longest ride he has

Discovered section of Helotes Creek Greenway Trail 1.9 mile connects to Culebra Creek Greenway ends at Culebra Creek park where trails are not friendly for bikes lots of mud noted. Did not venture into park would need to dismount. You can take the Westwood Vista Trailhead and ride along road to park
