About Kurt

Fahre nun seit rund 50 Jahren Fahrrad. Viel Spass beim lesen. Und! Wer Fehler findet darf sie behalten! 😂

In view of the upcoming heat wave today, the tour started at 7:00 🥱. The goal is where the Bühler flows into the digester. Thus through the lower Bühlertal along the Bühler.

The Bühler has its source on the eastern slopes near Pommertsweiler in the Ostalb district and is around 49 km long before it flows

Willi had sent me the information that a "class reunion" was planned for September 2022 to celebrate the 50th of our secondary school graduation. Well, then you start to ponder:

      - already 50 years ago the conclusion?

      - Where has the time gone?

      - how does it look in your old home (Berkheim/Zollberg)?

Today Waldenburg was announced. For one thing, the destination had long been on the list to be approached. On the other hand, I was interested in the topic of triathlon and how it works and of course the number 312! That's Markus W. // Stuggi; Unfortunately the link didn't work. When he first switched

After another examination appointment at the BG Clinic in Frankfurt, we brought our arrival one day earlier and stayed the night in Seligenstadt. A short evening walk through the medieval town and the monastery garden let the day end. Pictures are not all in the right order because they were taken with

Before the great heat hits me again today and I urgently needed exercise: early in the morning (7:00) again up to Einkorn. Now showered, had breakfast - the 🌞 day can come.

Destination 3 the Edertalsperre. Huge lake, and probably in the high season or in good weather, it had rained in between, a brisk business. We agreed on a "visit" to the dam and then took care of the lunch backpack. 😇 a boat trip is definitely a great thing, especially on a working day. But we still

Destination 2 was a cable car ride up to Waldeck, to the town or castle. Castle is great renovated and is a hotel complex, Waldeck is a sleepy little town. Well, today was Monday, which means a lot is closed. But there were also shops that don't open again! The pandemic has clearly left its mark here!

The first destination of today's excursion was the Baumwipfekpfad, about 25km away, in the Kellerwald Nature Park. The hotel gave us a well-filled backpack with more than enough food in the hiking package. Was also necessary, because the distance from the ticket office to the actual path was about 800m

We approve and take a little break from home and went to the Sauerland. A little stroll through town like today through Frankenberg/Eder, tomorrow treetop path at the Edertalsperre. And of course going to the spa and eating out - a pampering tour. Today impressions of a small town with around 18,000

The goal today: the Great Weihersee near Mariäkappel, about 10 km north-east of Crailsheim. A corner of the district of Schwäbisch Hall or the old district of Crailsheim that I had never known before. A big compliment at this point to Crailsheim, the bike network there is great: lowered curbs or at least
