My dear Komoot friends. After surviving the corona infection, today I did a short hike regarding fitness. Despite protective measures, my dear wife was infected with the virus at work in the old people's home, and I was positive too. The symptoms were severe, but not so bad that we had to go to the hospital. Now the quarantine or infection is over, but we are still dealing with the consequences. My wife much more, exhausted very quickly, headache and body aches. But that seems normal, it just takes a while! So I'm happy to have finished the hiking fitness test to my satisfaction. It was a bit broken too, but above all the hike was balm for the soul. So, take care of yourself and stay healthy !!!!!

The GPS really went crazy! Whoever should follow that stands in the middle of the jungle or has to drive through houses 🤪😂🤣🤟🏼 Above all I should have made an ascent of 950m and that in flat Holland🚵♂️😝
