You shouldn't do the tour in full sun, I would also recommend starting at Arure, not the other way around in Valle Gran Rey with the steep ascent, since we've turned back again. I prefer to do the tour barefoot. you walk past countless bathing spots. it is not so suitable for cycling because of fallen trees. but hiking is also great. have fun !
