Partenza da Alpicella, sopra Varazze (SV). L'intenzione era di andare a vedere la scala megalitica facendo un largo anello, ma il sentiero si è rivelato più lungo e complicato del previsto, perciò non abbiamo raggiunto la scala a causa del buio imminente: abbiamo preferito tornare alla macchina su provinciale piuttosto che avventurarci nel bosco al buio per vederla. Ci torneremo. Per raggiungere il Monte Beigua si sale su un lunghissimo, ripido, selvatico sentiero maltenuto, in mezzo a fitti boschi di castagni, invasi da foglie fino al polpaccio. Al Beigua brutta sorpresa: mega torrioni con satelliti della telefonia ammorbano il panorama e la poesia del luogo. Delusione per il mare che si vede molto poco (nebbia a parte di oggi). In periodo invernale si consiglia di partire molto presto, perché sono 21 km molto accidentati; noi non ce l'aspettavamo. Ci siamo godute spiaggia e mare al buio. Voto gita: 6-. ⚠️ molteplici pozze dei cinghiali. Rischio infangamento e immerdamento cani! 😁

Anello facile facile, fattibile anche con le ciastre, perché in sicurezza quasi su tutto il percorso. Partenza dallo slargo sulla statale sotto il rifugio Savigliano, dopo Pontechianale. Prima parte su asfalto, che poi diventa forestale ed infine sentiero meraviglioso nel bosco di conifere. Si scende a Chianale e si prosegue sul sentiero in mezzo ai prati parallelo alla statale. Possibilità di picnic all'imbocco del Vallone di Soustra o nella pineta poco prima di Chianale. In realtà sono 14,8 km x651 d+. Ps. Sconsigliato mangiare al Savigliano.

Partenza dal parcheggio presso la chiesa di Madonna delle Grazie. Preso la strada asfaltata che va a Tetto Balma Ciapin, poi vari sentieri boscosi verso Prato Gaudino. Rientro a Roccasparvera e merenda da "Pane", consigliatissima! Deviato per prati per far giocare i cani e poi salite alla rocca del castello, seguendo il sentiero per i bimbi. Molto interessante, soprattutto il sotterraneo.

Partenza da Campiglione di Prazzo. Prendere la lunga ed eterna forestale, che poi diventa sentiero, fino a Fontana Nera, dove si svolta a dx per il Bivacco Bonfante. Per il lago si sale ancora 10 minuti. Ambiente splendido, col Chersogno che domina la valletta, ma oggi invisibile a causa della nebbia. Il Camoscere è uno splendido lago pensile.
