I have firmly resolved to do a few kilometers every day after work this week. So today I set off via Bockum-Hövel to Herbern, through the park of Schloß Westerwinkel and back in an arc. The fresh air friends did a round over Ahlen and Gemmerich. The partly quite rough route took its toll. The three patented crown caps could not withstand the increasing internal pressure of our refreshing drinks 100%. Our bicycle bags, however, are of high quality and waterproof. Nothing leaks out.

After we were stranded last week on the stripped-down marathon route practically at the construction site at the corner of alte Werler Straße, we have now driven around it the other way. Weather and mood good, that's how it should be. :-)

Despite the tropical temperatures, the fresh air enthusiasts got in the saddle to sweat it out. ;-) Our route was based on a stripped-down marathon route. In good 30-degree heat, we then took a break at the Ahse and cooled off briefly with some North German barley juice before tackling the final kilometers.
