Un paio di note da ricordare :
1 - lato trentino la salita e' tutta al sole quindi bisogna vestirsi leggeri o si rischia la crisi idrica e di sali
2 - Sempre lato trentino meglio fare la salita piuttosto che la discesa ... frotte di ciclisti salgono da questo…

Bellissima giornata con cielo blu e qualche nuvola . Non me la sono sentita di fare il girone spluga - maloja ma anche questo ha il suo fascino e scenari mozzafiato.

Giro classico Pozzallo - Scicli - Modica. Stavolta ho incontrato 1 cane randagio che pero' a detta di un villico che stava raccogliendo carrube era buono come il pane e in effetti mi ha fatto solo feste, senza morsi .

Palazzolo Acreide ... quasi ...
Partito con l'idea di andare a Noto ho sbagliato deviazione e sono arrivato quasi a Palazzolo Acreide. Sono dovuto tornare indietro perche' ormai si era fatto tardi e stava arrivando il caldo forte. Cani Randagi : 1 maremmano ma molto tranquillo e a seguire 2 cagnolini che erano piu' spaventati…

Selvino - Zambla
Giro classico della bergamasca con una prima puntata sul selvino e una rifinitura col passo zambla. caldo a tratti insopportabile . Nota di colore : ma quanto vanno forte i bergamaschi !?!?!?

4 salite nel Triangolo Lariano: Alpe Giumello, Alpe Paglio, Rifugio Roccoli di Lorla e rifugio Bellano
Era un po' che volevo fare questo giro e ne vale veramente la pena. Paesaggi mozzafiato, salite perlopiu' ombreggiate ( tranne quella per rifugio bellano ) e strade con qualche buca ma nel complesso buone. Il punto di partenza e' dal parcheggio della parrochhia , credo l'unico gratuito a Dervio…

Hellish day... beautiful first part between Rovato and Iseo, amidst villages and vineyards. Ascent to Montecampione with some potholes (fortunately more on the side of the ascent than the descent) and for most of the route in a nice refreshing shade.

today a quick ride between the idroscalo and the airport, all on a road bike and most of it on a cycle path. San Marco closed to traffic and full of cyclists, I couldn't miss it. Met many friends both on the climb and on the train. This time I also managed to make the detour to Foppolo to see Lake Carona.
