Helen and I met two old Uni friends Nigel and Len for a walk from Mungrisdale. We headed up the east ridge of Bowscale Fell then across to Bannerdale Crags before heading for the col at the head of the Glenderamackin valley.
From there we walked part way up the Foule Crag path before dropping to the corrie
