Neu eröffnetes Freibad in Bischofsgrün besucht
Mit den Cube Ebikes fuhren wir von Kulmbach auf dem Radweg bis Bischofsgrün. Unser Ziel war das neu eröffnete Freibad. 25 m Sportbecken mit 2 abgehängten Schwimmbahnen, ein Sprungbecken, ein Nichtschwimmerbecken und ein Planschbecken. Saubere Duschen, ein toller Kiosk und ein Beachvolleyballfeld runden das sehr gelungene Bad ab.

Our tour led us to the Kneuppanlage Ebersbach without major detours. From there, we rode over Ködnitz up to Reisighof and past the animal shelter to Tennach. At the Rehberg, there was "Rehbergkerwa" with live music, bratwurst, steaks, and small beers. A nice and coincidental end to a great round.

The purpose of the newly constructed cycle path over the Weinbrücke is not clear to me. No dangerous spot has been eliminated, you still have to cross the Bundesstraße at the height of the restaurant! What is the underpass for to get to the southern side of the cycle path with the beautiful cycle path

The Old Town Festival was not a real alternative. We drove over Unterdornlach up to the plateau and back down behind to Grün. Over the 7 Fuhren up and down again to Gärtenroth. The view above Eichberg over the Maintel is simply wonderful. Below the Patersberg through the woods we continued to Veitlahm

After participating in the bike race as a traffic marshal, we rode through the city to cool off at the Kneipp pool in Ebersbach. But the water had been drained due to cleaning work. Shame!
