Today I had planned a lot: The circumnavigation of the Saaler Bodden. There was very little traffic on the roads, the forest paths were easy to ride on, and the cycle paths directly on the Bodden offered beautiful views of the water. After the extensive lunch break, Komoot ended the tour again. 🤷🏻

Since Komoot ended my tour from Stralsund after the coffee break in Barth, I had to record the ride to Zingst separately. On the return trip, the route was just as beautiful as on the way there 😉.

This was certainly one of my most beautiful tours today. Everything was perfect: bright sunshine, !tailwind!, fresh sea air, roads with very little traffic, and good cycle paths along the Bodden coast with wonderful views.
When choosing this tour, however, you should consider the wind direction and strength

Although it's a very nice route, today it only serves as a ride to Barth train station. From there I'll take the train to Stralsund and cycle back from there. Annoying: a bike ticket is only available as a day ticket for €7.50. It is also pointed out that only 5 bikes can be taken!

With today's beautiful weather and tailwind, the tour is unbeatable. Cycle paths or roads alternate with quiet traffic routes. The nature in this area is simply wonderful. The wildlife also wanted to show itself today. There are places to stop in/at Fürstenberg, Neuglobsow, Ziegeleipark and Zehdenick.

Because I can start directly from Marzahn, I particularly like the tour. Up to Bernau, cycle paths and quiet streets alternate. Bernau has an interesting town center with some very old buildings and a beautiful park. It continues on the cycle path to Ladeburg, then to Lobetal on a traffic-calmed street
