Starting from a less used car park I had an easy ascend to Carn mountain followed by Muck mountain. The snow got deeper as I progressed the ascend. Pictures showing the terrain. Descending became quite trying with going into thought deep snow. Taking it canny I was never more relieved to finally get
Glorious day in the sun with frost on the ground. Hen mountain, Cock mountain and lastly Pigeon mountain. For some strange reason both Kamoot and Strava flew us up several other mountains....which we didn't do.
In saying that we had a fabulous day with spectacular scenery.
