About Prometheus

      Say a sentence with sun!

      Sun shit!

      But seriously.

Actually, it should be a cool 60s round, if possible without getting into the rain.

The first bad news reached me an hour before departure. The second, much worse, on the way.

Frame fracture at the seat tube. Now, so soon after the bike is 99% rebuilt, kitted

The name is based on an invitation from friends to coffee and cake 🎂 . That's the only reason I "made" this tour.

We start with the best cycling weather, unfortunately Komoot did not start with us, so that the recording is 5.2 kilometers missing. The route ran along pleasant paths that were spared from

With the best cycling weather, I wanted to cycle to the Pfarrberg near Breitenau again today.

So I started at 10 a.m. sharp. Via the Elbradweg to Pirna, across to Krebs and through the Seidewitztal to Liebstadt, then to Börnersdorf and Breitenau. We went back to the Müglitztal via Liebenau and Börnchen

Since the rain radar had forecast several more showers for the early afternoon, I left my bike in the basement today...

In fact, it didn't rain the whole time.

Well, then I just really stretched my legs.

The GPS information: 21 kilometers and 340 meters in altitude.

On today's tour, which was the 444th tour recorded by Komoot for me, the path led us (Petra & me) east of Halle to just before the Werbeliner See, at the big paddle wheel. There were fewer meters in altitude than usual, but there were kilometers of cobblestone streets. If we had had milk in our bike

There is not much to tell about today's bike tour; best weather, a cool route, very nice views (and these colors, first-class graphics with the highest resolution 😉) and no knee problems. The bike fitting pays off. What more could you want 😃

Here are the GPS data: 59 kilometers and 666 meters in altitude.

After a week of abstinence from cycling 😪 we finally started again today, on a classic, often driven route via Hirschbach and Oberhäslich to Oberfrauendorf and back through the Lockwitzgrund to Dresden.

There was nothing to complain about on the weather side, but the knowledge of the German Road Traffic

The title: Elbtal, Seidewitztal, Trebnitzgrund, Müglitztal.

With the best cycling weather, we went out into the fresh air today. However, considering that I started today without any motivation at all, it turned out quite well.

      cycled is cycled. 😉

The GPS reported 66.6 kilometers and 601 meters in altitude.

Today our monthly group hike. This time we went from Mulda to Blockhausen's World, highly recommended ☝️, down into the Muldetal, over to the Lichtenberg dam and back to Mulda. Lots to see, even a tractor meeting in Blockhausen, more forest and above all lots of fresh air.

Today I went on my four - locks - round, in the end it was five. Moritzburg, Hermsdorf, Klippenstein in Radeberg, Schönfeld and Pillnitz.

We took the S-Bahn to Neusörnewitz and from there we cycled through the Friedewald to Moritzburg... Be careful, many cycle paths in the Friedewald are newly paved
