Just started running without a plan. The result is a really nice tour.
Of everything there. Beautiful paths, forest roads, sometimes asphalt and engine noise. Again and again beautiful flower meadows, views and several places to stop for a break.
Overall very pleasant to walk, even today there was little activity on the holiday.

Nice and promising tour, but with some lengths. According to the information board, it is 23.4 km long. You can also divide the round into two smaller rounds. Panoramic circular route (15 km) and forest circular route (9.6 km).The entire tour starts in Malterdingen at the town hall. From there it goes to the northern vineyards above the village. Mainly on the tarred paths typical of the vineyards. Now and then also over grass and gravel paths. Again and again beautiful views of the Black Forest, Kaiserstuhl, Vosges and Rhine plains. Unfortunately, I had a bit of bad luck, around noon it was still quite hazy, so that the view in the distance was limited. Towards the afternoon it got a little better. From the Hasenbankhütte the paths become narrower and more beautiful. From here the panorama is over, it goes into the forest. On the other hand, the most beautiful part of the hike begins here. It usually goes uphill on narrow paths to the Winkler clay pit.

Quite unspectacular, but still very nice hike to Ottoschwanden and back to the Bleichtal. Mostly on wide forest roads. Up in Ottoschwanden there is also a good piece of asphalt. However, also a nice quiet and lonely hike through two beautiful side valleys of the Bleichal valley. Especially the path along the Muckenbach has something to offer.
In summer there should be a little more engine noise in the Bleichtal. In the Rollberg area, too, it is definitely livelier in summer than it is today.

Today it finally worked, with the first "real" hike of the yearWe got suggestions for this from Petra and Nick22. Thank you both for showing the tour.It was a nice tour, always with great little paths. We started in Landeck and had the steep climb right at the beginning. It was a bit overcrowded at the Eichberg Tower, but otherwise we were among ourselves most of the time despite the beautiful weather. In Emmendingen we made a little detour to the Vogelsang forest playground. My son was able to work off even more. 11.5 km and ascent of the Eichberg Tower (240 steps / 43m) alone are not enough😅
