And again no photo of the cake in Päwesin. I still remember seeing it briefly on the plate. The next time I looked, it was gone... 😳😇

A bit late, as work caught up with me again, here are some more impressions from my last day in Sweden, which I spent in Malmö.
Stops: Search for the Flixbus replacement stop, Moderna Museet (noticeably smaller, with an interesting photo exhibition by the artist Deborah Turbeville), walk through the

Back to Malmö. The last day on the bike. 😢 On the way I thought: Now I'll ride the whole loop again! Tomorrow I'll leave Malmö heading north. It was just too beautiful...
I started the day a bit down and left Poldi at the hotel to see Trelleborg. Unfortunately disappointing. Reconstructed wooden palisades

The South Coast Cycle Path between Ystad and Trelleborg offers magnificent views of the Baltic Sea and almost white sandy beaches again and again. I would have particularly liked to stop near Ystad, then unpack my swimsuit and simply look at the magically sparkling sea, in which the sky was reflected

I admit, I was in a bad mood. Little appreciation for the landscape or photos. There are days like that too...
It wasn't just because of the long distance I had planned and wanted to complete before the reception at the campsite in Degeberga closed. When? No idea. When booking, they said midnight...

I would have liked to stay in Kalmar to continue working at Mocca deli, visit Öland and simply let my soul dangle. But Karlskrona was waiting! An unexpected
highlight of my tour was this ancient, wooden windmill on rocky ground. The mill wheel had already dissolved more than the mill itself... Nobody

Long sleep and working on my story, that was my plan today. Preferably like Sartre: in a nice café. And I was lucky: The "Mocca deli" not only tolerated me, but also welcomed me with open arms, warm conversations and the invitation to sit until closing time at 10 p.m. and spread out with my laptop. And

The Seemannsheim (sailors' home) was waiting for Poldi and me in Kalmar today, and we comfortably rode along the coastal landscape, enjoying the views of the sea and wild geese on the shore, of farms with sheep, cows, horses, and the rocky forest-heath landscape with many pines, birches, and always again

Today's route would have pleased @Lutz mag Berge: gravel upon gravel and no end, large, sharp stones, the death for every inner tube...
Ever since I started riding road bikes and enjoy making progress, every sandy gravel path, preferably with steep ascents and descents (which I often had to brake completely

After my previous attempts (Lutz) to experience the Backwahn open had failed, I had to get up early today to be at the place of feasting on time with Kierki. 1. For a large selection and 2. For a short queue. Both goals achieved.😀Kierki was not deterred by the headwind on a large part of the outbound
