Wunderschöne Tour mit ganz vielen Ausblicken auf den Rhein, die angrenzenden Ortschaften und Rheinburgen. Gut zu gehende Wege. Flora und Fauna abwechslungsreich, teils "gefühlt" mediterran. Die Wege erlauben regelmäßig einen (anderen) Blick auf den Rhein. Trockenmauerterassen entlang der Wegstrecke sehr gut erhalten bzw oftmals auch neu. Ausreichende Ruhe-&/Rastplätze mit Tischen, Bänken tlw auch überdacht sind vorhanden (bedürfen aber an der ein oder anderen Stelle mal einer Aufarbeitung). Lorch selbst bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr. Fähre ist weniger stark frequentiert als die bei Bingen / Rüdesheim. Unsere Wandervögel - Bewertung (Skala 1-10): 8,5
