Hi @Ulrike, you've managed to get some nice 📸 shots with animal models 🪽🦌. Nice 🚲-tour in seemingly nice weather ⛅. Greetings from the cooled-down Spree 🙋🏻♂️

Started late and spontaneously decided on the "BMW" in Tillbeck. The path runs almost exclusively together with the Ludgerusweg (only not at the beginning, a few extra kilometers have been added to make the marathon distance correct), which I personally find uninspired. But I have always liked the routing

I started very early today because I knew I had a somewhat longer route to ride and didn't want to arrive home too late. This way, I could still enjoy the pleasant coolness of the morning.
The route led predominantly over quiet farm tracks and only a little along the Berkel. But it was pleasant to ride

I started this morning shortly before 11 am. Packing took a little longer, as always the first time on a tour. The route was mixed at the beginning today, but got better and better over the course of the day. I stayed overnight in Oldenkotte in a B&B. Cheap, but dusty and a bit musty, as it probably

Following the route along the IJssel, I switched to the Berkelradweg cycle path. Today's start was a bit adventurous, as 2 paths ended in nowhere. Since I'm familiar with such situations 🤪, it wasn't a problem for me. I spent the night at Mini-Camping De Vetweide. Recommended!

This morning I had breakfast in Zwolle at Café Anne&Max. I really enjoyed it on my last tour, so I was really looking forward to it. Afterwards, I headed for the cycle path along the Ijssel. I found the route mixed, but there were also beautiful sections. And I have never seen so many storks as yesterday

Since the Vechteradweg remained unfinished last year, I took the train to Hardenberg (NL) today to complete this route. The weather was great, it rained in the evening, but I was close to my destination then. The route was varied, with some places to stop for refreshments. I took my break in Omnen, at

Small, relaxed tour in summer heat. I had actually imagined the tour to be very hot, but the light breeze made riding pleasant. It only became difficult when I stopped - then sweat poured down. The spaghetti ice cream in Laer provided a welcome refreshment with a view of the duck pond and a few anglers

Got up late, had a long breakfast, rain predicted... so not good conditions for a bike tour. But tailwind and side wind convinced me after all, so I finally started at 11 am. A nice tour, which became a bit more boring from Recke onwards, as the paths often ran long and straight. I was really lucky with

Great tour in beautiful sunshine on varied paths.
I just barely caught the train from Bösensell. All hail the train delays (!!!), to get off again 3 train stations further in Sythen. And then it started. First along the Halterner See and then through forests, meadows and fields. A small ferry ride, a

You're doing some really nice tours. The Netherlands are simply brilliant for cycling. I will definitely save these tours.
Yesterday we also "briefly" went to the neighboring country to get many flowers for our garden, which will hopefully be finished soon.

The way there went over quiet paths, easy to ride with a touring bike. On the way back, I rode beautiful gravel sections that were even unknown to me. Recommended!
