Very varied, easy edge circuit from Naturns along the Etsch to Töll, from there over the serpentines down to Merano. You can then stay anywhere in the city. We started the return trip via Dorf Tirol (steep ascent but well signposted). The place has its own flair. From there we are still up to Castle Tyrol. Our favorite place. From there it is unfortunately only over a few short steep stages where you have to push or should, if you don't have a mountain bike, back to Lagundo. If you don't like that, you can go back to Dorf Tirol and from there to Lagundo. Back to Naturns then back along the Adige.

Very nice easy tour through the Passeier Valley. The start was in Riffian at the sports field. Here the car can be parked for free all day. The path is mostly gravel and always leads upstream along the Passer. On the way back we went up to Dorf Tirol again. The detour was very steep, but Dorf Tirol is always worth a visit.

Very nice, but difficult and above all long tour from St. Martin to Zerminiger and back. The tour is well signposted and secured in the most dangerous places. Surefootedness and perseverance are still essential. At the beginning you gain height quickly and at the summit cross on the Gray Wall you think you have arrived in the high mountains. From there, however, the path leads back down a good bit, only to gain moderately steep altitude again through rocks and scree. At the little Zerminiger with its somewhat winged cross you have another great view of the valley. From there it's another half hour scramble to the summit at 3100m. All in all, however, a wonderful tour through the high mountains with many great views. Refreshments: none. Only back at the destination St. Martin.

Relatively long tour, but on a super-developed bike path.
We parked the car in Siegmundskron at the train station and passed Bozen and followed the signs to Brixen.
Shortly after Bozen, the Eisack Valley is quite narrow. The Brenner motorway, the state road and the cycle path together with the railway and the Eisack are relatively close to each other and it is accordingly noisy. Further north it gets quieter and you always have wonderful views. About halfway you come directly to the market square in Chiusa. This invites you to linger and strengthen. In Bressanone you touch the industrial zone and end up right on the edge of the beautiful old town.
The return journey is almost entirely downhill, so that with little effort you can be back in Bolzano in no time.
