Start at the Schmuckerbrauerei in Ober Mossau following the MD3 marker - up to the Mossauer Höhe with a view of the beautiful church. Unfortunately, a lot of asphalt and wide forest paths

A round trip without an approach - directly from home to the town center and on the Pfälzer Weinsteig trail marking (here red-yellow) from the main street right towards Maikammer/ Hambach into the vineyards. Beautiful views of the Rhine plain. At some point, it goes left towards the forest - the marking

Short trip to the Weinstraße in summer weather. Only 1 hour from MZ - I had never been here before. St Martin is very pretty and I had wanted to go to Hambach Castle for a long time. It worked out very well to go up with the gravel bike. I still have to get used to the gears 🫠The guided tour was great

Thanks@Barbara & 🐾 for this beautiful Odenwald tour which I extended to stop at Weingut Götzinger in Zell for the first time. Unfortunately, midday on a Sunday is not a good time for that.

Nice bike ride on the Main Cycle Path starting from Würzburg - unfortunately Maren had to work in the afternoon - so there was no cooling off in the Main - but still very nice - hot in Franconia!

We hiked the Dahner Felsenpfad years ago - it is beautiful and spectacular. One great rock formation after another. Great views to go with it. 10 degrees cooler than last week. Pleasant. Rooty ascents and descents alternate with cozy, soft forest paths - nice to stop at the Dahner PWV-Hütte - Saumagen

Short trip to the Palatinate- as we only arrived at noon, a shorter tour- and I always wanted to see the Teufelstisch😉
It's great, we passed it twice- on the way back even better light. It was empty, the hike often on wider paths not so spectacular- but quite ok..
We live in Annweiler- nice town at the foot of the Trifels.

Afterwards a "Schorle" (fruit spritzer) on the Eltville Rhine promenade and dinner at the Gelben Haus. It was nice

I started at 8 a.m., had to get moving and not spend the day in a darkened room like the last 2 weeks... Thanks @Christiane for the inspiration. Start at the Penny parking lot in Hauenstein - I should have gone the other way because in the afternoon the murderous heat caught up with me on the loop around

Taking advantage of the Brandnertalpass again, I rode the Dorfbahn up. There is a nice adventure barefoot path for children through the forest - to the Innere Parfienzalpe. It stank too much of pigs for me there and I continued walking over the Tierweltenweg to the Palüdhütte. Short drinking break in
