Berwickshire coastal path south berwick to St Abbs
Part of the Berwickshire coastal route. Doing it in 2 days is possible if you are used to longer routes with ups and downs! The split we done works well if you stay in St Abbs as we finished back here both times after taking bus to starting points. Norh part also available on here.

Blyth to North Shields Coastal
One of our many coastal routes. Drop off or bus to Blyth and Metro home

Our son dropped us at Blyth, but there are buses available. We then got the metro home.
This is part of our attempt to do as much of the coast as possible.

We arrived at our starting point by getting a Metro to St Peters Station which is very close to the River Wear. At South Shields we took the ferry to North Sheilds and walked to North Sheilds Metro station as easiest metro home.
Different stations can be used to suit your location etc. I think a day
