Well it all started in 2018 when i weighed over 20 stone, i was out of breath walking around & cutting my toe nails was a mission, so i knew i needed to do something. My mum got me2 second hand mountain bikes from gumtree for me & my girlfriend to use, after some time the bikes was in the shed i decided to get mine out & put it in my car to use it around the arrow valley lake, i started off easy 1 mile then a week later 2 miles & so on. I also cut all the rubbish food out & in 11 months later i was down to 13 stone & wearing my Merry Christmas medium t-shirt. I now feel like a totally different person & im enjoying my life & happy again. I also got married to my girlfriend in 2019 & in 2022 i entered my first event along with my mother the Etape Loch Ness 66 miles in Scotland 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️💒👰🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🥇🥇
