A pleasant and varied walk along the Kromme Rijn river and Zeist Castle.
The walk starts at Zeist Castle. A logical choice. The castle is impressively beautiful and easily accessible. Parking is no problem. There is ample parking, including charging stations.

Nice varied walk with so much beauty. Views, birds, reflections in the water and old Dutch landscapes. The ferry above Woerdense Verlaat was no longer there and we had to walk back but that did not spoil the fun

My friend Hans was back from holiday in Namibia so it was high time to catch up. It was a beautiful walk through a bird paradise with beautiful Dutch skies. There are impressive views in many places. We walked a bit of a strange walk - but definitely recommend taking binoculars

I had already seen this round (and parts of it) a few times (including at @Ainhoa, @Aad Milla and @Ria van den Heuvel, THANKS) .... and then finally decided to run it. First of all thank you for the inspiration @MoHam. Despite the rain showers and strong winds, we had a nice varied hike in this dazzlingly beautiful area. It was enjoying the beautiful fall colors, vistas and clean air. Our lunch was disrupted by a shower and gusts of wind but that didn't spoil the fun

This is a nice varied walk with beautiful views, countless olive trees, colourful scenery and, at the end, a beautiful village. During our visit, there were many local tourists walking around as it was a public holiday. There are nice terraces and restaurants in several places. Park preferably outside

Walk from the small village of El Burgo. You walk past the (small) reservoirs that unfortunately receive a slightly insufficient water supply, especially the highest ones. It is a varied round with many nice views and shaded paths. The way back down is via a wide path that can also be used by cars. We

Walk to the largest vulture colonies in Andalusia. The path there is not very fascinating. It is a wide road over which cars drive regularly (dust!). The vulture colony is very impressive. Bring your binoculars. The way back is quite nice. Very special is that you walk through several long tunnels. Incidentally

Pleasant walk along the reservoir of the quaint town of Zahara. There are many viewpoints during the walk. In Zahara, there are nice terraces everywhere. The water in the reservoir is very low, evidence of little rainfall in recent years. The hike is highly recommended

A varied walk through the historic polder landscape between Oudewater and Haastrecht. The walk is exceptionally diverse. You'll walk through polders, along the Hollandse IJssel River, and visit the beautiful town of Oudewater.
