The city industrial estate includes a one-story house (late 19th century), a two-story production building with a hardware store and a one-story warehouse for finished products added to it in the early 20th century, as well as an office building from the early 20th century (in the yard). The decoration of the main façade of the production building uses rational Art Nouveau motifs.
Until the early 21st century, the building housed a printing house. In 1955, the number of workers was 100 people, and the circulation of the local newspaper was 42 thousand copies.
