The two-story brick house is located on the western side of Dubrovinskaya Street. Built in the second half of the 19th century, it is the only surviving example of estate architecture in Borisoglebsk with elegant finishing of stucco and metal details.
Eclectic decorative finishing is concentrated on the main facade. The facade is decorated with metal railings of the terrace and balcony, as well as an openwork base of the canopy at the main entrance. The balcony is supported by figured ornamented columns made of cast iron.
The interior layout is original. The space of the first and second floors is divided by an L-shaped corridor connecting the vestibule at the main entrance and the staircase of the back door. The central part of the house from the street side on two floors is occupied by formal rooms with balconies and Dutch tiled stoves.
