The sanctuary of San Francesco da Paola is one of the main places of interest in Revine. Built between 1677 and 1702 on a cliff of Mount Frascon at the behest of the then parish priest Don Giovanni Domenico Cumano, it can be reached via a path accompanied by a Via Crucis marked by ancient chapels, containing bas-reliefs and paintings that have been lost. From the end of the eighteenth century until the first half of the nineteenth, the oratory was inhabited by hermits and became a destination for pilgrimages and popular devotion, especially in times of epidemics.
