Villa Papadopoli is a Venetian villa overlooking the square of Ceneda. It was built in the mid-19th century at the behest of Girolamo Costantini. It is characterized by a large romantic park that stretches out on the hill behind, designed by Antonio Caregaro Negrin. Over the centuries the villa passed to various owners, until it was acquired by the Municipality of Vittorio Veneto. In 1917 it was owned by the Morosini, a noble Venetian family. However, the complex is known as Villa Papadopoli, from the name of another Venetian family who bought it in 1919 and made important extensions, with interventions by Brenno Del Giudice in collaboration with the decorator Guido Cadorin.

The main body of the villa has three floors, with a central elevation terminated by a tympanum. The round openings of the façade are inserted in stone elements; the central one on the main floor is flanked by two smaller rectangular single-lancet windows. We also note the presence of a string course. Among the decorative elements there are four oculi placed under the protruding cornice, three large coats of arms and, placed on the top of the façade, vase-shaped pinnacles and early-twentieth-century sails. On both sides of the central body, symmetrically, two lateral wings extend, also of three floors; the one on the right was completed by the twentieth-century reconstruction of the "Rotonda".

Over time it was used for various uses. When the German army reached the city on 8 November 1917, the villa was chosen to house the German Supreme Command. In these rooms, until January 1918, resided the High Commander of the 14th Austro-German Army, General Otto Von Below, the hero of Caporetto, the one who had brought Italy to its knees. In the Fascist period it became the seat of the Italian Youth of the Littorio. In the Second World War it was a military hospital, then a shelter for the Polesine flood victims. It then housed the orthopedic-trauma department of the hospital and, subsequently, a rest home. At the lower limit is the picturesque building of the Foresteria, the current seat of the Civic Library.

Currently it is in a state of neglect pending public funds for recovery and safety.
