The Albrecht Dürer House, built around 1420 and Dürer's home and workplace from 1509 to 1528, is the only artist's house from the 15th century that has survived in Northern Europe. The museum provides insights into the life and work of the painter, graphic artist and scientist who was known throughout Europe during his lifetime. A visit to Albrecht Dürer's living room, kitchen and studio is also a journey into the everyday life of an artist in the 16th century.

Unfortunately there are only copies of the paintings here. If you want to see Albrecht Dürer's originals, you have to go to Munich 😐. Children's tours are also offered.
