Above the Queich source (on the other side of the hiking trail) is one of the Palatinate Forest Association's more than 300 knight's stones with the inscription "Queich-Ursprung".
To the right of the source there is another stone (in the shape of a column) that explains the route of the Queich to the Rhine.

Beautiful circular walk Paddelweiher Hütte and Stephanstal. Opposite the Paddelweiher Hütte, the path leads directly to the Queichquelle (Kneipp foot basin) and the Walter Meyer path.
