Built in 1542 in the style of the "Görlitz Renaissance" and others with plasters instead of profiled window frames. The ground floor was built at the end of the 19th century in the neo-renaissance style. From 1690 to 1714 the house was the seat of the chief miner Hans Carl von Carlowitz, co-founder of the forestry apprenticeship to secure the need for wood for mining and smelting.
