The Upper Roßmühlenturm, together with the Lower Roßmühlenturm, the plague pastor's tower and the section of the city wall (curtain wall, inner wall), has been part of the core zone of the UNESCO World Heritage "Ore Mountains / Krusnohon Mining Region" since 2019. A particularly beautiful sight emerges on the outside from the direction of Meißner Ring.
