The Catholic Church in Blankenborn is a cultural monument, the cemetery borders on the church. Four baroque reliefs can be admired on the cemetery wall. The church is a three-axis hipped roof building with roof rider and was built in 1796. The interior of the church with its Seuffert organ is worth seeing. There is an old fountain at the entrance to the church.

"The current church was built in 1765 by an unknown architect. [...] The cemetery is a special feature: it is one of only two church cemeteries in the diocese of Speyer. Some of the gravestones are listed as historical monuments. [...]
The high altar dates from the time the church was built [...]. The altarpiece shows a scene from the life of St. Bartholomew. [...] A special feature is the organ, which was built in 1834/35 by the organ builder Seuffert from Kirrweiler."

The angel reliefs in the cemetery wall represent the four seasons and come from the former house of the sculptor Friedrich Sanwald in Bergzabern.
