A loop is possible starting from Joch (at the top of the village with a small parking area) to the main cross and descending via the 13 stations. Approximately 10 km and 500 m of elevation gain.

The lake itself is difficult to access, but there is an accessible, busy tourist area.

Beautiful walk. The climb to the top is tough and long, but how beautiful to walk there. We walked this tour at the end of April. A feast of flowers and budding green. We enjoyed it.

The village's history is rooted in its castle, mentioned as early as the 11th century. Thanks to its fortified position, Joch was recognized for six centuries as the capital of the "Barony," a territory occupying the entire plain. Today, only ruins remain of the castle. Only two medieval gates are still visible to the north and west, and the remains of the old chapel have been converted into a house. The church, dating from 1776, and its listed altarpieces enrich Joch's heritage, as does the 17th-century painted ceiling, uncovered in the former presbytery during its restoration. In addition to the built heritage, there is also the vernacular, which bears witness to an entire ancestral way of life.

Wonderful accommodation with a great breakfast and friendly host. We stayed there on our long-distance hike from Tarifa to Switzerland and can highly recommend the accommodation.

This small climb from Finestret runs along a balcony and offers an almost continuous view of the valley.

The Marbet peak culminates at 726 meters above sea level. It offers beautiful panoramas of the Baronnies, the Puig de les Feixes and the villages of the Têt valley.

Beach easily accessible and parking nearby. Hardly any shade on the beach. Water play park for a fee: 1h - 9€ 2h - 16€ In addition, canoe rental by the hour and various snack options.
