The Bee Museum is located in an 18th-century half-timbered house. The museum also houses a small specialist library on beekeeping and bee health, comprising approximately 300 volumes and several hundred journals. The Bee Museum's exhibition is divided into the sections on bee biology, beekeeping, bee products, and beekeeping equipment. Outdoors of the Bee Museum, there is a bee garden and an educational apiary with a glass beehive. A military monument and a Jesus saying about peace stand very close to each other in front of the entrance to the church.

The church of St. Martin in Oberlichtenau was rebuilt in its current form in the middle of the 18th century by Count von Holtzendorf in 1742 and designed in its current form. The church has been preserved in its baroque grace through the centuries.
