Here, the climb to Wershofen is almost complete. The steepest part has been conquered.

At the "Goldloch" of a former mine, there are information boards about the mine and the Ahr flood in July 2021. The events and consequences are impressively presented here.

From the waterfall path there is a wonderful view over Wershofen and the beautiful landscape of the Eifel.
