The Old Town Hall houses many of the Rauma Museum's exhibitions. The Kistupuad museum shop is also located there. The old town hall was built in 1776. The ground floor served as a police station, the upper floor was reserved for the city administration. The old town hall has served as a museum since 1902. There are only two 18th-century town halls left in Finland, one in Rauma and the other in Porvoo.

The Church of the Holy Cross has a rich history dating back to the 15th century. It was originally built as a monastery church of the Franciscan monastery Rauma. While the exact age of the church remains unknown, historians believe that the current stone church was completed between 1515 and 1520. An interesting fact about the Church of the Holy Cross is that it served as a Lutheran church after the dissolution of the Franciscan monastery during the Swedish Reformation.
