not too much traffic, flat in the west and gently rolling in the east, runs alongside the Punkalaitumenjoki river, okay asphalt, long (6 km) bike path in the western end, generally okay but the asphalt does degrade a bit the further away you get from Huittinen

an alternative to the main road (route 2), Toivarintie is about 8 km of okay asphalt road with little traffic (with a medium-security prison en route as a sightseeing bonus), but the Ronkansuontie bit is 4 km of the kind of gravel with loose rocks eveyrwhere all across the road surface for its whole length (if you are at all worried about your tyres, just take the main road instead, it’s not *that* bad)

not much traffic, almost flat, okay asphalt, bike path between Kokemäki and the grain silo monster in Riste (partly running in an old rail alignment); in the east you can continue either on the main road (about 5 km until the first paved side road (Ristikankaantie), shoulder okay to ride on but narrow and a bit uncomfortable with the busy traffic) or via Ronkasuontie/Toivarintie (about 4 km of the gnarliest of gravel plus 8 km of empty asphalt road)

little traffic, there is a bike path for the short section along the main road between Keikyäntie and Jokisivuntie, winding but almost (but not quite) flat, occasional views of the river, okay asphalt, Keikyäntie south of this segment has a (fairly unnecessary) bike path or you can take bike/ped suspension bridge across the river, this road continues further towards Huittinen and Vammala as well
