Nyrölä is a picturesque village, characterized by its varied forest landscapes and small lakes. It's particularly known for the Nyrölä Hiking Trail, a 3.6 kilometre loop that includes a unique cable ferry crossing to a shelter on an island in Lake Iso-Musta. Additionally, Nyrölä is home to the Nyrölä Observatory, an amateur astronomical observatory offering excellent conditions for stargazing.

Peurunka is a lake situated in the municipality of Laukaa in Central Finland, known for its good water quality and diverse fish population including perch, pike, and zander. With a surface area of 6.9 square kilometers and a maximum depth of 48 meters, Peurunka also features nine islands and a shoreline extending over 29 kilometers.

Hitonhauta is the largest gorge in central Finland. You can find impressive cliffs, a waterfall, a small pond and some caves here. According to legend, this is the tomb of an evil spirit named Hitto, who lived here. Apparently, his petrified face can be seen on the rock face in the gorge.

No shoulder to speak of but not too heavy traffic and decent asphalt. The eastern part is freshly paved.

Very beautiful rock formations and caves are to be visited. Unfortunately not easy to commit.

Idyllic spot. Nearby is a covered picnic area with a fire pit. There's even a hut with logs.

This way is not that easy to go. With stroller or wheelchair completely impossible. It has to be climbed a lot over rocks and partially over fallen trees
