The roundabout for bicycles is located below the one for cars, and you enter and exit underground from all sides. Simply ingenious and truly beautiful!

The ferry will continue to operate at an adjusted frequency from April to October; a higher load is not possible due to the shallow water. A large jetty and a restoration project are planned for next year on the Gelderland side, something that has so far only been done on the Flevoland side.

In Roman times, around 170 AD, this site housed a 9-hectare Roman army camp, which housed approximately 4,000 to 6,000 legionaries. Its outlines are still clearly visible in the landscape.
