Recreation Park 't Zand has varied mountain bike trails that meander through the landscape and take you past some of the most beautiful spots in the area. The trails are well marked and suitable for different levels. For the more adventurous mountain bikers there are challenging sections with hills, muddy trails, and winding sections that require technical skills. The trails offer a perfect combination of flow and technical challenges.

The MTB route through the Krabbenbosschen offers an exciting and varied ride through dense forests and along winding paths. With challenging sections, sharp bends and natural obstacles, this route is ideal for mountain bikers who enjoy a technical challenge in nature.

A unique sand drift on the Teteringse Heide, where vast sandy plains and dunes alternate with heather and pine trees. This varied landscape offers a beautiful backdrop for a bike ride and lets you experience the raw, untouched character of nature.

Beautiful place but really not possible because of the mud this time of year. I think it really has to be dry for weeks to be able to cycle here normally.

This Kruisvijver is one of the quietest, coziest and most beautiful places in this part of the Netherlands. There is only one problem: almost all unpaved roads around the lake are very swampy. The western edge is therefore more accessible to cyclists (via a small path on the side of Luchtenburgseweg).

More of a gravel bike route. Not much of a challenge for the MTB except for 2 sections

Today I rode the MTB route Alphen…. Except for a few small parts, I think this is more of a route for a gravel bike instead of an MTB route, see also the photo. Few challenges and technical pieces, but enough space to create this!

Lots of variation in terrain and surroundings! Great route!
