The harbour of Hellevoetsluis is an atmospheric place with historic ships on the quays. You walk and enjoy the view of the old fortifications. Around the harbour you will find cosy terraces and restaurants, ideal for a snack or drink with a view of the water.

The café next door has an easily accessible and clean restroom. Unfortunately, I couldn't photograph the exterior of this church. I thought there was already a Highlight of it. There's also a beautiful organ inside. I didn't manage to photograph that either.

Piece of history to cycle through. Take a tour of Old Fortress, then you will pass all the old ships and buildings and the dry dock. Piece of atmosphere you don't want to miss.

The bike path along the Haringvliet towards the lighthouse feels like you're on vacation. After the lighthouse you enter the old fortress of Hellevoetsluis with numerous historic buildings and a cozy harbor.
