There are bike paths next to it, but if you do not want to stop, you are still on the road next to the water tower and these bike paths are either in bad state or on the road - which is often very busy. Thus, I would not recommend adding this highlight particulary without the intention to stop here!

At the historic lock of Roelofarendsveen lies Café de Haven, a brown café with a surprising kitchen. The Mariahoeve is a centuries-old farm between the green meadows in the South Holland lake area of which the Wijde Aa lake is part. This rustic lake is located at Ofwegen, a hamlet between Hoogmade and Woubrugge.
