The Stäffeleinsbrunnen fountain is located north of Rothenburg on the path into the Steinbach valley. It is the last remnant of the former village of Obersteinbach, which the Rothenburg city council had demolished around 1400.

The Klingentor (Klingen Gate) is the northern entrance to the old town and, together with the fortified church of St. Wolfgang, built into the outer defensive ring, forms the Klingentor Bastion. The Klingenturm (Klingen Tower), 37 meters high, was formerly integrated into the city's water supply. It housed a balancing reservoir into which water was pumped from the Bronnen Mill. This water supplied some of Rothenburg's fountains.

Beautiful for running, or even just for a stroll, here in the castle gardens.

Well, you can't see anything of the castle gardens here except the wall. But there's a beautiful view of the Tauber Valley.

From the castle garden you have a gigantic view!

The playground offers various play equipment and plenty of space to run around and play. A real adventure and a big highlight for the little ones.
