From the Gamskar there is a wonderful view of the surrounding peaks, including the Rote Flüh and the rather impressive Gimpel.

The Gimpel is one of the peaks in the Tannheimer Mountains. Its summit is formed by steep rock faces to the south and north, rising approximately 300 m and 650 m respectively. It is connected to the Rote Flüh by the Judenscharte, a high ridge between the two mountains, to the west.
