Mmm, fantastic cake, yesterday, Tuesday, August 26th... The Bayreuther Haus, open Tuesday to Sunday, makes an ideal destination even during the week. The Bayreuther Haus is located 820 meters above sea level at the Klausen lift in Mehlmeisel. A small wildlife park is also nearby and very nice for little hikers. Very delicious food, large dining room, but especially appreciated is the super nice beer garden. We stop here again and again, some for a good wheat beer 🍻, and I love 🥧🍰 🥐 coffee and cake

A very beautiful wildlife park in Mehlmeisel (Fichtelberg), an interesting visit for adults and children alike. However, you should definitely be there for the guided tour and feeding. The staff are very attentive to feeding and explaining the animals. Another highlight for children are the goats and sheep that can be petted and fed. Guided tours and feedings are available daily from 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
